Submission
Papers should be submitted to the special issue Big Data, IoT Streams and Heterogeneous Source Mining of the International Journal of Data Science and Analytics (JDSA).
Accepted papers will be presented in the workshop. Authors of accepted papers will also be given the opportunity to revise their papers in response to the reviewers’ comments, and expanding the work with new material, to be considered for publication in the journal special issue. Note that these expanded submissions will be treated as regular JDSA journal submissions with the same quality criteria and any paper accepted in the special issue will have to satisfy the high standards of the journal.
Submitted papers may be formatted according to the format for the International Journal of Data Science and Analytics; and submitted under their submission system. Make sure to specify the relevant special issue when submitting: S.I. Big Data, IoT Streams and Heterogeneous Source Mining.
Following KDD main conference tradition, reviews are not double-blind, and author names and affiliations should be listed.
Note that there is no hard page limit, but it is expected that the initial submissions for the workshop will not be longer than a regular KDD paper (equivalent 16 pages). Accepted papers invited for consideration in the journal track should be expanded, and will be reviewed as full-length journal papers.
The deadline for submission is: May 26th 23:59PM.
Only papers submitted by the deadline will be considered for the workshop.
